Depends on the model. Be more specific. Overall ASRock makes great mobos especially for the Sandy Bridge.

Seems decent for how cheap it is. What are your intentions with it? (Gaming, Office, Overclocking, etc...)

It's a decent lower end board. I have one myself, and I've used a few in builds for other people without issues.
how much pressure would it be able to take? cause sometimes my pc does be for 3-4 days without coming off...most of the times download large amount of stuff from the internet

One can't judge reliability with 100% certainty, but I used one of mine as a "server" running 24/7 for many months. I upgraded it later for more power, but the time it ran I never had an issue and I still use it today.
