If you were to choose between these two boards which would you go with?

I've used Gigabyte before, seemed ok. Never used Asrock. Both have similar features that I want and are the same pricing. This will be paired with 8GB of Samsung Green 1.35v DDR3-1600 and a 3570k if it matters much. Overclocking will definitely be happening.

The only major difference I can find is the Asrock has a PS/2 port for my mechanical KB, but if it works find through USB to access the BIOS then it's not really much issue I guess.

I have both boards and also the Asus one and the GA-Z77X-UD5H is a much better board. 3 PCIE 3.0 vs 2 on the others, 2 lan port great for teaming (double bandwidth) the Gigabute can overclock higher and more stable, both have the latest sound chip but GA included an amp driver for the creative software, better bios in terms of overclocking and fan control (almost as good as asus) and many more to list. I tested both and went with the GA board. I got it @ MicroCenter.com for $139.99 and the 3570K for $189.99 -can't beat that.
