ASRock Z77 Extreme4 - Driver Confusion

Got my new system on the way with the above mentioned mobo, however I'm a bit derpy on some of the drivers on ASRock's website. (This is my first major build in five years)

I'm using a dedicated sound card and video card, and I won't be using any RAID fuctions, but I will be using wired internet(drivers for the LAN are obvious). So in short what do I need for a happy, stable, and functioning system?
 
Most, if not all, of those drivers should be included on a CD with the mobo. It usually can't hurt to install them all (RAID and video not necessary), but you may want to download some of the drivers from the website if they are newer than those included on the CD. It's kinda surprising to see so many separate drivers instead of an all-in-one solution.

It is a pain in the butt to download everything manually. Don't know why they didn't just put everything into one installer/archive.
