If I go to storage configuration I see multiple hard drives listed, but if I go to boot, even though both have an OS installed on them only 1 of them is a choice.

What am I missing here? Why would it not let you choose which one you want to boot off of?

There should an option for hard disk boot priority, separate from the main boot device priority settings, which will include all detected HDDs.

When you say enabled as boot devices what do you mean? If I unplug 1 of the drives it will boot off of the other if that is what you're asking.

Where would the boot disk priority be in the bios for this mobo? I'll take a look to see what I can find.

You can almost always disable classes of devices from booting.

According to that, it looks like it's right under the main boot priority option. Try that, "Hard Drive BBS Priorities," thing.
