Looks like it's this week only, for a solid Z390 motherboard with a lot of features. Latest bios update appears to have fixed the woes from earlier reviews:

People on newegg reviews reporting overclocks of 5.0Ghz with i9-9900K with 1.24V, with some people reaching beyond that with marginal voltage increases.
For $179.99 for a board that compares with boards costing $250 with added features like dual ethernet and DTS sound (for those who connect to receivers), I think this is a decent price for that.
