I just bought and received one of these a few days ago for $139.99.

It looks like Newegg is offering the $20 instant rebate again. One heck of a loaded board for the money. There are cheaper boards for sure, but a good choice for those wanting a good OC, wifi/bluetooth, and 3 x m.2 slots, and who are staying with Skylake and Kaby Lake CPUs.

All true, though if you don't already own the CPU and are buying one new then Coffee Lake makes more sense.

True. This would be only for people who are not moving to Coffee Lake. Unless I run into problems, I will not likely do a CPU/motherboard upgrade for 3-4 years. I was even forced to upgrade when I didn't need it from a i7-3770k simply because my motherboard died, and replacement LGA1155 motherboards were hard to come by and very overpriced since they were already out of production.
