Asrock X58 voltage terminals

What model would that be specifically? Look for bare solder bumps on the board or plastic ones. Asus uses bare solder bumps while MSI boards such as mine has a place to jam in the probe. There should also be markings on the board to indicate the probe placement.
 
It's not any of the other X58 Extreme Asrock boards... it's the Asrock X58 Extreme.

Where would they be located? On the front side of the board, or on the back?
 
That feature isn't listed on ASRock's page. Probe points are usually located at the front side, top right edge of the board, not too far from the 24 pin power connector.
