Asrock Vcore stuck!

I have an Asrock 939 dual sata.

I set the Vcore in the Bios to 1.35, 1.4, 1.425 and 1.45V. Under all those conditions after I log in to XP and check CPU-Z, it shows a 1.425V VCore!

What's up with that?

I dunno but i have the same problem, and im guessing its probably at the default max of 1.45 or something >_<...

I know that it does not go higher than 1.45V and it can only go higher after a mod.
But, I cannot even go lower!

I had Cool N Queit active.

I disabled Cool N Quiet and now I have control over VCore.

I am using the new 1.7beta bios. It is great. I am prime stable (8 hours) at 295 and no cold boot freezes anymore. 🙂
