asrock pro3-m bios ok but won't boot drivers

New build get into bios fine and even flashed to the current version
Have sata 3 wd hdd in sata 3 on board and asus drw drive in sata 2
set boot to asus drw

keep getting "Generate Serial ATA driver diskette"
click no

but keeps rebooting to this same thing.

It will not boot the mb cd so I can load the drivers

Do I really need to make a floopy disk so I can load the sata drivers?

nevermind as i am an idiot...needed to load windows first
