Hi!
FIY, this is my system:
http://puu.sh/kLC0l.png
So I've bought myself a i5-3470 but to run it on my board I need BIOS update 3.10. On the ASRock download page it supplies a windows installer for 3.10, NO instant flash exists for my motherboard for 3.10 (or at least that I know of). To install the update I left my old CPU in there for now, a i3-2100.
When I try to run the installer(as administrator as the guide says) it tries to start up, displaying the warning to close other programs and then spits out this error: "Error: Firmware does not have flash (AFUWINGUI) support."
I'm 100% sure this CPU works with my motherboard, it's listed on the supported CPUs list on ASRock's support website.
The other 2 needed installs for Ivy Bridge are installed and work fine(I think).
Sooo... help? I want to get to work with this new CPU.
Thanks!
