ASRock P55 Pro/Extreme

I'm trying to gather information on these motherboards as I intend on buying one of them. I want to overclock my Core i5 (when I get it) to around 4GHz, but I'll keep within VID range. Do you guys reckon any of these could cause me a problem?

Read the i5-750 overclocking thread. DO NOT even consider purchasing the Asrock P55 Pro, and for the same price as the Asrock P55 Extreme you can get a Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3R.
