ASRock P45XE vs Gigabyte EP45-UD3L

I'm putting together a new system for school and also gaming, and I'm torn between two the ASRock P45XE and the Gigabyte EP45-UD3L. So far I'm planning on a Core 2 Duo E8400 and a Powercolor radeon 4850. I've got 4GB of PC2-6400 corsair RAM. I'm not planning on overclocking it, at least not right away. Has anyone used these motherboards who can recommend one or the other?

definitely the gigabyte board.

i tried ep45-ud3p.. i could not boot with dual channel mode. it worked fin in single mode.

tried 2 diffrent board. i just don't have enough patient to tryt he third.

I could sell you a very nice Asus P5Q Pro. I just switched to x58 .
