Asrock multiplier Issue

I Just got a Opty 165, and the bios isn't letting me raise the multiplier at all. I have the latest bios, I can't figure out what the problem is. The mobo was fine with my 3200+...

The multiplier is locked on the Opterons. The Athlon FX series is the only AMD processors without an unlocked multiplier.
