Asrock k8 combo

Anyone used this board? I off to the states on november 7th and it looks like by then pci-e wont be a option for my video card upgrade ( exchange rate means im gonna get me some more milage out of me dollar!!! ) and im thinking of throwing my chaintech 754 mobo out for one of these combo boards, that way ill be able to just chuck a 939 chip in there and not worry about having to hunt down a agp socket 939 board if im in vested into agp for the next 18months!!!
as i said, anyone using one of these???

I would think it's a pointless upgrade for you, your 3200+ Clawhammer should be good for you for a long time. By the time you upgrade the processor you will probably need a new motherboard.
