Using i5-12600K cpu. Getting a red post light indicating a problem with DRAM. I initially used 2 Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16X4M2Z4000C18 ver 3.31 in slots A2 and B2. Now trying 2 G.Skill F4-4000C18D-32GTRS. Still he’d red light. Both of these are listed on the Memory QVL list.

Also not getting video. Don’t know if DRAM needed for BIOS to display.

Now what?

DRAM light doesn't necessarily mean there's a RAM problem. It could be CPU related to the memory channels. Have you tried 1 stick? Different slots? Double check and make sure the CPU is seated properly. Also, do you have all of the correct power cables connected?

Removed cooler and CPU. Checked socket with a flashlight and jewelers loupe. Found 1 pin that looked like it was bent/broken. Ordered another board. Can’t return bad one as I cannot honestly say I did not do it. Will be VERY careful with new one.

May I take this opportunity to say Intels electrical contact system sucks? 🙂

That's very odd. It shouldn't be possible to bend a pin if you just place the CPU on the socket and press the lever down. If it's at the edge, maybe. But if it's in the middle, that could be a manufacturer defect or you got someone else's returned mobo.
