for some reason this mb does not have an option to increase cpu vcore in the bios. Is there a third party software that would let me do it or i just have to get a new mb

Well yes and no...

Asus AI suite II enables you to adjust vcore from within windows so it is technically possible but that doesn't really help you on your asrock board.

....Ok just out of interest I just checked out a review of the board and it mentions something about "only avaliable in overclocking mode" is there an option you have missed to enable this?

But what good is it if you can't get into windows to begin with?
