New Build (2 days completed) and all is well except that when I do a rather large download and I walk away from the computer I noticed that it will shut off during download. Looked into UEFI advanced options and did not see any overt choices for computer to either enter sleep mode or shut down, or other power choices. When I look into event viewer nothing is noted. Temps are great.

To be specific I am trying to download a game I have been playing (RIFT) and it has shut down twice during the 6 hour down load. There has to be some power management in the UEFI I am missing. I am going to try downloading over night again and if the issue arises again I will post screen shots of the UEFI tomorrow.

I'm assuming Win7? If so, you should be able to type 'power' in the search bar once you click on the windows icon in the lower left corner of your screen... Doing this will show some choices to click, click on 'Edit Power Plan' and see if there's anything that is obvious... i.e. harddrive shutting off, going to sleep, hibernate, etc... Maybe you need to configure your power plan to be more effective for the tasks you do?

Good luck!
