Asrock Extreme 3?

I was looking for a good inexpensive motherboard that supports SLI and perhaps some over clocking. I stumbled upon this on newegg for $115 which seems like a good deal. Are there any other good mobos you guys can recommend that support SLI? I'd prefer a Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge/Haswell board.

Nothing wrong with the Extreme 3 series as far as I am concerned. I once had a Z77 Pro3 that overclocked like champ, considering it was a bargain basement motherboard.

Well, that all depends on what you plan to do with your system. Are you a serious gamer? Do you plan on running virtual machines? Are you doing productivity tasks with CAD or Photoshop? There are different processors for different tasks.

The z68 and z77 extreme 3 and pho have a shortage of Cpu power phases which is not the best for a maximum oc or 24/7 use.

I'm not looking for a "maximum over clock" and definitely not going to be running the thing 24/7. I want the least expensive haswell motherboard I can find that supports SLI.
