On this board and without any need to overclock I would say the Patriot is the best buy, if you want to improve performance slightly due to better latencies at stock voltages , go with this - OCZ

If you can find inexpensive DDR2-667 that will do 4-4-4-12 or better, it will work great on this board also. I know the OCZ will do 4-3-3-10 at stock voltages, the Patriot seems to like 5-4-4-12, not that much of a real difference in performance between any of the memory choices so go with what you can best afford.
