The review you linked to stated a wall at 299 mhz FSB. Raising the FSB from 266 (default) to 299 is only a 12% increase, so you will NOT achieve your desired "mild overclock(like 20%)".
 
True. But it is just one review.

The Conroe Guide from Anandtech recommended the Asus P5W DH as the only mobo to reach 400FSB - the Gigabyte DQ6 was not getting there. But I'm running one just now with 400FSB.

Reviews are a reference to start with. I prefer real life feedback. That's why I'm asking here.
