Asrock BIOS Setup Help Needed, Please Help

I just installed an AMD 64X2 4800+ CPU on a Asrock Dual Sata2 939 Motherboard and had a question on the Bios settings. I've read that leaving the settings on Auto are not really the best way to go. The manual that came with the motherboard doesn't really explain the function of each of the settings in any real detail.

Is there some guide available somewhere that does explain what most of the Bios settings are so I can take advantage of all this CPU has to offer? For instance, the AGP arperture setting. I also just installed a Evga 8800GTX 768 MB PCI Express video card so does this setting even matter now? There are three other AGP related settings and I'm not sure what to set them at now. Any help would be appreciated.

Sincerely,
Hans

Auto is the safest way to go but Asrock got one twirk - the ram speed on Auto defaults to 333 even u got DDR400 installed. set it manually to 400 and all is well.

The Aperture is for AGP only - PCIe does not use it.
Disregard all AGP bios setting if u don't have a AGP card.
