Decent cheap mobo able to do DDR5-8000.

Just don't buy if you want hassle-free EXPO operation. There have been reports that ASROCK mobos are having issues when EXPO is enabled. Probably BIOS related.

Still a good deal if you want up to 256GB DDR5-5600 JEDEC operation or you want to do manual RAM tuning.
