ASRock B75M R2.0 - Latest drivers?

Hi guys
I upgrading my components after 5 years, mainly to play BF3. I'm a bit rusty on this, and want to make sure it goes smoothly. I just want a no-hassle system, no OC, no bloatware or unneeded utilities/drivers, etc. I don't want to tweak or fiddle with things, or unneeded complexity/lag. I'll have all the gear in my sig, and will be upgrading with these:

So to my question: Which latest drivers/utilities exactly do I require for my goals for the ASRock B75M R2.0? I looked at the site:

But there are several categories, and a ton of drivers/utilities.

I don't want any overlap or to install the wrong or not enough drivers and get phantom issues down the road.
Also, does this mean the board will arrive with the latest stable BIOS already installed?

Should I install all of these drivers and utilities, minus the "MAGIX" suite at the bottom? There are 2 VGA drivers - which one should I install?
