ASROCK 939Dual-SATA2/X1950PRO Compatability?

I'm considering ordering an Asus X1950PRO for installation in the PCIE slot of my Asrock 939Dual-SATA2 board.

Questions:
- Any problems with PCIE slot on this board?
- Any size problems with the Asus card on this board?

I have ran a x1950 xt, x1900 xt and x1950 pro with my Asrock 939 Dual Sata2 without any problems at all.

I have ran a x1950 xt, x1900 xt and x1950 pro with my Asrock 939 Dual Sata2 without any problems at all.

I also ran an X1900XT for a while last summer in my 939Dual with no issues. Of course, I'm back to a 9700 Pro now, but that's beside the point....
