Asrock 939Dual-sata2 has a native sata controller?

Hi guys, do you know if Asrock 939Dual-sata2 mobo has a native sata controller and not pci based. That's for sata 1 (150MB), not sata2 controller.
Also, i have WD 80GB, 7200, 8MB cache sata hdd. Do you know if it's the native sata disk, or just an ide based one?
