Seriously, there's little reason why it shouldn't. AMD64 processors are quite flexible in what RAM they take - anything from PC1600 to PC3200 is good enough, as long as it is OK in itself.
I used 2 sticks of Corsair VS on my 939Dual-SATA2 until I upgraded to the Lanparty Ultra-D, worked fine. My memory had Samsung UCCC chips on it w/ Brainpower PCB, if that helps.
