ASRock 870 Extreme3 + G.Skill memory issue - Guidance needed

So I have been battling lately with my ASRock 870 Extreme 3 and my G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL.

My mobo has the latest BIOS, 1.60 and running with these RAM sticks:

My issues are random freezes and have had a couple of BSOD. I had a BSOD yesterday and was able to get a glance at the message and it had memory in there.

Anyway, I have been researching this issue as much as I can and hoping to get some suggestions here.

I have tried messing with the timings on several levels. Just when I think its stable, I get a BSOD. starting to drive me nuts.

Right now, my timings are:

8-9-8-24-40-1T
Voltage is 1.603

I just upped the voltage yesterday after my BSOD. I have not been abel to thoroughly test it yet, but after gaming for about 2 hours last night, it was fine.

I should mention that these freezes/BSOD's do not happen on a regular basis. Rather, it is very random times. For example, I gamed a lot since last Friday with no issues. Then yesterday, I was hit with a BSOD.

So now, I am trying to figure out next steps.

GSkill tech supports says this memory is compatible with the memory. I am told I need to set voltage between 1.6 and 1.65, so I am there.

After that, I am not sure what to do next. I am wondering if this is a bad combo, or I have something bad...

Anyone have suggestions?

I appreciate it.

First I would run MemTest 4.0 for windows to check out things.
You need to run 1 MemTest for each core on your cpu and max out the memory used.
I believe this test will pick up memory errors in your cpu etc.
If the above test gets no errors run memtest at boot up overnite.
Thats two different memtests you need to run.
You need to list your system specs. and temps on your next post for more help.
