Hey guys,

I can't seem to find a connector for the power supply fan. In my old ASUS a7n8x deluxe there was a connector specifically for it.

There doesn't appear to be such a connector with the ASRock. Any suggestions? Should I just plug it into the chassis fan connector?

Thanks

The connector for the power supply fan is just for monitoring the P/S's fan speed and is not necessary for operation. You can connect it to the chassis fan connector if you want to monitor that fan.

I don't currently have any fans connected to my motherboard including my cpu's heatsink/fan. I prefer a direct connection to the P/S for critical fans. ;)

Thanks, also:

I've gotten everything up and running, installed all the drivers I can think of, but things seems to be running slow.

When I open up Firefox or other applications it takes them a few seconds or more to boot up, even navigating Windows XP is slow.

Also playing WoW is slow and choppy.

I upgraded to:

asrock 775dual-vsta
c2d e6400
bfg-tech geforce 7600gt

From:

asus a7n8x deluxe
amd athlon 3200 1.3ghz
ati 9800 pro

So I'm not sure what the deal is. Anyone have any ideas?
