aspx links for uTorrent not doing as should

I'm used to my pc having a responsee where uTorrent opens when clicking on a web link.
Link like "https://seventorrents.ukbypass.trade/Movies/Download2.aspx?id=1116746"

In one website it just opens the same web page in a different tab.

"http://bit.ly/2kJ5oqb" link works.

Any ideas anyone please?
