Wow! This little case is one of the best MATX cases I have ever had the pleasure of building:)

Had a customer specify this case when the order was placed. I have seen the pics and seen other builds online, but never had the up close and personals with it until now.

Case arrived from NewEgg 10 days late and with a cracked/broken side panel window, but NewEgg has sent (still waiting for it) a replacement window at their cost. So in the end, no biggie I guess.

Other than that, the case is beautiful. Wire routing wasnt an issue. The PSU is pre-sleeved. The case is sturdy and takes up so much less room than what I am used to. Slide out mobo tray is a big plus as always. The PSU fan and rear mounted 120mm fan are quiet and seem to be efficient at doing their respective jobs. Front temp readout/sensors for the CPU and HD really make it look good.

If you are considering a MATX build, I highly recommend this one:thumbsup:

I am actually a little sad I dont own one for myself:(;):p

I like that case a lot too. But I prefer the Chenming 118 version without any windows (or you can get it with one window if you like). My next mATX project will be in one of those.

This is the case I am looking at for a HTPC build with a AXP 3200+ setup. My big concern is cooling as the AXP's run a bit on the warm side but that is the extra processors that I have lying around. Hopefully with a yate-loon on the back and possibly a modified PSU I can still cool it enough.

Is the blue glow really annoying/bright? I might consider a windowless one if that is the case (or cut the cables to the LED's).

Yes. Of course I didnt grab it and lift it like it was a sack of potatoes, but the handle supports the weight just fine

I ask because some reviews I've read said the handle felt weak and they wouldn't trust it with big $$ worth of parts inside.

I read all those reviews. They also said the PSU was junk, but I had no problems with the PSU either. I take alot of those NewEgg reviews with a grain of salt if you know what I mean;)

Does anyone have any real pictures of it.
They look so plastic and cheap in all the company pictures.
I was looking at the chem too but recently they even have side windows.

Any picture users have would be great. I like the silver stone sugo but they cost twice as much.

Pictures alittle grainy, but I decide on the black one with no windows.
I got my vidoe card in the mail al ready and my dads computer is dieing so I need to pass down my old one to him. Time just bit the bullet.

I will try to post some pictures too when I get it.

Thanks for the pics. With parts in there once can get a better impression of the size. For those that have them ... anyone using an aftermarket CPU Cooler? and which ones fit? Thanks.

Why don't you sell that CPU? You can probably make enough selling it to get a low end Sempron socket 754. Put that on a $60 Biostar Geforce6100 and overclock the snot out of it and it will outperform the AXP 3200+ plus run nice and cool - oh yeah, plus you can use PCIe video cards.

While that is a nice suggestion, I am not really worried about speed though the running cooler is nice. Basically to make this work all I have to buy is the case and a mobo. I have the AXP, 1gb ram, fans, and a 6800GT @ ultra speeds for the computer. Throw in a Chaintech sound card and I would be good to go.

If I went 754 I would have to get a new mobo, cpu, and vid card and I could probably only make $40-50 on the CPU. I would also be suprised if a low end skt 754 could outperform a AXP 3200+, even overclocked. My main gaming rig is a AXP 3200+ and I play all the latest games @ 1680x1050 (exept FEAR, that was a system killer).

i have the zalman 7000Cu in there and it fits fine..

i would highly recommend the windowless case, though.. i bought one w/windows and they're all scratched up from constantly removing to change components.

Hmm, good point. I do alot of swapping so scratched sides would probably happen to me as well. Thanks for pointing that out.
