I just had to reconfigure my comp, and had to use a 40gb drive while i was repairing my RAID array. I want to ghost the 40gb back to the raid array, but Ghost requires the ASPI dos driver for your RAID controller.

Also, are there better ghosting options than Norton?

Thanks,

Vince

Acronis TrueImage 8 is, according to some opinions, supposed to do a better job than Ghost:

If you can find a 4th HD, you could boot from that drive, and use the Windows version of Ghost to restore the 40 GB drive to the raid array.

just a thought: do a full ntbackup of your system to your array, install windows on it then do a restore making sure XP has the drivers for your array already? ghosting is cool and fast but can be complex for these kinds of situations, if you can restore a domain controler that way surely an XP system would be no problem.
