Asmedia Sata 600 or Sata 300

What is the best location for a 3rd ssd a 128Gb 840 on a asrock77 the Asmedia sata 600 or the plain sata 300.
At present my system 240GB ssd + 128GB ssd are on the intel chip.

Sata 6gb/s is definitely better for any SSD that supports it. Doesn't matter who made the controller. Are your existing SSDs 3gb/s drives?
