aslcount.html ? Cannot delete?

Anybody ever see this file in their Temp file folder? It is in several temporary internet file folders in the temp folder. Cannot be deleted. When you open it, it opens my homepage. Their are also several files about golf stats in each folder that cannot be deleted? Any ideas??
 
Yes, they come up with nothing. There are several files that remain in each folder along with the aslcount file that seem to be golf statistics? I keep up with the PGA tour but the dates on all files are while I was on vacation. Wierd. How do I delete from DOS in XP Pro? Thank you for the help!!
