Thinking about picking up these items on Newegg:

To house my old computer (just upgraded my main PC)
Rosewill R103A Case

To cool my new Athlon X2 4600+
Arctic Cooling Freezer 64

and

Arctic Silver 5

Cases are personal preferences but you will probably get some suggestions about PSUs. Not sure if 350w will be enough and I wouldn't really trust that brand to run my stuff.
The cooler and AS5 are obviously good choices for the price. You could look at the Zalman 9500/9700 but those are about twice the price.

The CPU I'm sticking in that case is an Athlon 64 3200+.

I will be moving a 430W power supply into the case, so I was going purely based on price, not on the included PSU.

In that case, you could just look into the FAR Ultra case @ Fry's online. It should be under the Hot Deals section. If looks dont matter then you definitely can't beat FREE(AR) 🙂

It's an Antec TruePower 2 430W going into that case. Really, it's just a case to hold a second computer that I won't be using for a while. The heatsink/fan is for my new PC which is:

Athlon X2 4600+
2GB RAM
430W Power Supply
100GB Sata Drive
GeForce 7950
