OK..some sales person came into our office and was selling junk...
BOSS came in, looked at the stuff and said OK, gimme the massager.
Anybody loan me $5?...i was there so i reluctantly gave it up.

No it seems she totally forgot about it so i'm out $5 🙁
not much money but still...its ma' lunch money...what to do?

forget about it or ask for it?

Option #1
"Byatch, you better gimme my money!"

Option #2
"You know that money I loaned you? Do you know when you can pay me back?"

Choose wisely...

Or you can blackmail and say, gimme the five bucks or I'll send out a global email that you bought a massager...yes, THAT kind of massager.

😉

*nod*
i concur

Just ask the boss how that massager is working out. If that doesn't work, write off the $5. It's not worth causing stress over... at least not in my world.

hmm..yeh..i guess if i see it lying around in the office i will ask like what u suggested.."hows the massager?...any good?"
kinda thing...if not, well, $5 lesson :disgust:

It is gone. Wave goodbye to it. I loaned money to everyone at work, and 90% paid me back. The people who didn't were always in management. One manager owes me about $270 or so on a computer system I built him. I am just going to write it off as a no-pay on my taxes this year.

I think you learned a $5 lesson.
