ASIII on Chipset Heatsink?

I was just thinking about this, should I put my Arctic Silver 3 onto my Chipsets Heatsink? I have not taken it off yet, so I do not know what is currently on it. Does anyone think it is worth it, or should I just leave it alone? By the way, it is a passive Heatsink.

prob wouldn't make too much difference
i usually use AS on everything that could use it
it's really just a mater of whether you feel 2 to 5 degrees cooler is worth it
sometimes the motherboard makers will put cheap adhesive sticker type things to connect heatsinks
if this is the case the AS will make a good difference
