He went to one of the specialized high schools here in NYC. He said he saw his friends making $20k/week. Both his parents also play for money. Is this an example of bad parenting or a wayward student?

Why's he gotta be asian!?!

Sorry for not being PC but this is all I'm going to divulge. I just think it's irresponsible of his parents. He just signed himself out. I've never played poker in my life but if somebody is making 20k/week, there must be some permanent losers out there.

Nope, just lots of new kids who think this.

Yea he made 20k one week, that help offset the 50k he lost the week before.

Might as well be a day trader as well, DOUBLE DOWN!!!

who cares, let the kid do what he wants, why do you care if his parents don't even care.

he can always get a GED later on if his poker career falls through, big deal, this is america, land of opportunities.
