The first one is probably funnier if you are familiar with Vietnamese folk/opera music. I thought it was hilarious...but then again I actually have some of that music on CD. And the chick in pink is gorgeous.

The second one is pretty weird. I stopped watching after 1 minute.

Watched first 5 secs of each.

Both seem to be Vietnamese.
1. First video looks like an award show of some sort
2. Second video looks like a typical low budget Vietnamese music video

Judging by how short the women all look in video #2, probably filmed in Vietnam; the Vietnamese women I know that were raised here look taller.

Cheers,

OMG. First the got beef video and now this. Why am I so ashamed that I unsderstood those two videos (and the got beef) but kept watching the second because of the girls.

EDIT: They're viet, omg why did I have to understand.

If any of you are curious, what he says when he says I'm number one, what follows translates roughly into cute and handsome (seperately, not a word that means both). So, I'm number one at cute and handsome.

EDIT2: THe first video is an award show, though probably not at all but a show and those guys were just distracting the audience while they changed probs/singers/costumes. The Cai Luong is a type of music (featureing the stringed instrument in the background I forgot the name of) and Tieng Anh means english. So, redneck vietnamese music sung in english.
