Asian/European phones?

So I'm looking for a new phone--and basically the main things I want are: a phone that has xenon flash, 3g, and a good browser, and just looks cool.

which has everything I'm looking for in a phone--but being that those euro/asian phones don't get much exposure over here, what else can I find on ebay that has:
a) a xenon flash, and at least 3mp capabilities
b) is a touch screen phone
c) 3g
d) a good web browsing experience
e) preferably has physical buttons, but no biggie

Its only a triband, so if you use AT&T or travel outside tmobile native service areas, it's practically useless. The 3g is 2100mhz only, which is not currently being used in the us (AT&T is 850 and 1900 mhz and Tmobile will be 1700mhz). But if you can live with that, looks like a nice phone. Maybe they will release a North America version w/ us 3g and quadband.

Ah damn--good look out. I saw that it said it has 3g capabilities so I would've been extremely disappointed to find out it actually didn't.
