how exactly do you bake it? i'm curious to try.

My wife adds the sauces (usually soy and fish) to the rice and bakes it in a large pan at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. You can also add in the chinese sausage if you want, we bake it separately and remove some of the extra grease. Then add in the veggies/fried eggs and bake it again. I don't remember how long this time, just bake till it's done. Voila it tastes good and healthier.

Try adding:
chopped onion
Chinese sausage
salmon fillet
shrimp
black bean sauce with garlic
eggs
oyster sauce
slivered almonds
peas
chopped cilantro

YUM YUM. sometimes my mom adds those black mushrooms as well.... :D

you NEED to add fried up chopped spam in there along with fried chinese sausage pieces...(you should pat them down with paper towels to get rid of much of the grease though...)... it'll make your fried rice SOOOO much better!
