This should be really useful for comparisons. They basically took a bunch of benchmark results from gamers and put it together so people can have an idea of the performance to expect with their hardware. The design could be better I think. Nvidia GPUs in the second blog post seem to be finally gaining a bit of performance with dx12.

New Metaverse Update Lets Players Filter Crowdsourced Benchmark Information
Posted on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 By Island Dog
We have a really cool update today in the Ashes of the Singularity Metaverse! You can now see how your hardware combinations (such as CPU/GPU) will perform with Ashes using crowdsourced data from other players. In the Benchmarks, just hit ‘more filters’ and you’ll have several more drop-down menus where you can select a wide variety of hardware combinations, DirectX 11 or 12, and a specific version of Ashes of the Singularity.

What sort of things can this info be helpful with? Some examples:

How will the game run on my hardware?
Which preset gives me the best performance?
I'm ready to upgrade. How will new hardware affect my FPS?
What hardware does that person have to get 100fps!?

Ashes of the Singularity: Typical performance
Posted on Friday, March 18, 2016 By Frogboy
Below is a table of common video cards as well as how well they do at 1920x1080 with high graphics settings.

Note, these aren’t official but rather a sampling of our Benchmark data from March 2016.

Code:
Video Card Avg FPS (DX12)	Avg FPS (DX11)
AMD R9 Fury	69 48
AMD R9 290	64 43
AMD HD7900	41 30
GeForce 980Ti	66 54
GeForce 980	54 50
GeForce 970	46 43
GeForce 780	44 40

You’ll be able to go to http://www.ashesofthesingularity.co...benchmark/overall/Crazy_1440p?viewType=myself and sift through this soon enough. Smile

Downside of that page is that it places single and multigpu cards in same lists. You can never tell which results are run with for example dual Fury X, or where you have Fury + 390 combo.
