Asetek AIO retention ring dimensions

I'm trying to make a braket to mount an AIO cpu cooler to a 290 and need dimensions of an Asetek AIO retention ring (like ones on Khuler 920's, thermaltake water 2.0/3.0, nzxt kraken etc...) and can't find them anywhere, so i wanted to see if anyone here had them or knew where to find them.

I'm trying to make basically an nzxt kraken g10. Since I have free access to a laser cutter, 3d printer and the skills to make it, I shouldn't have to spend money on one.
