Does anyone know anyhting about this notebook. I am torn between this and the ACER Ferrari 3400. The ACER has a AMD 64 3000+ and a 4200rpm hard drive. But I have had experience with ACER before. Not to mention the ACER is a bit more expensive.

I would basically like to know if there have been any problems that should be brought to my attention, and any pros/cons.

I think I have heard that company is decent regarding quality. My concern would be cost: how much is this gonna run you? For both the ASB & Acer

The ABS is 1799 from Newegg, and the ACER is 1889. Honestly to me those seem like decent prices, for decked out notebooks like these, but I could be wrong as this is my first venture into the notebook world.

i look up and donw for reviews on the abs. check tomshardwaregiude.com they have a review on the g3 and cnet rateed the g3 at 8.4 of 10 considering their highest rating is 8.7 it is pretty good. cnet rates it on odd stuff though. so most laptops are rated low. and gamers depot rated 4of 5. i am buying the abs at the end of the month. but the acer is pretty danm decent too. check amdboard.com on the right side their is a link for a64 notebooks you cna find pics and reviews for both. the abs is on the unwill 258kao chassis.
