I opened up my laftop today because the temperatures have been getting ridiculous when I play a couple of games (75C+). Took off both the CPU and GPU heatsinks. Turns out most of the thermal paste/heat pads they had come with had gone bye-bye. Temperatures have dropped by 20C after applying AS5. This stuff works. I highly recommend anyone with a laptop getting rid of the stock crap and reapplying the stuff themselves.
