AS400 Blocking Specific traffic

My customer has an AS400 that is able to send my server data over the internet but not able to get my response data. I have verified the response data is getting to the AS400 but is not making it into the software on the AS400.

Do AS400 have firewalls on them or do I need to open up something on the AS400?

AS400s do not have firewalls, but they can be setup with static routing tables so essentially only computers with routes setup can communicate with the AS400. If the AS400 is able to send data to the computer though, that would not be the problem.

I think this is the first AS400 question I've seen on this forum, so good luck getting a good answer. Surely the software is under a support contract, right? I would say call the apps tech support if that is an option.
