I am gonna reseat my proc. I have two tubes of intel thermal paste which they sent me when I RMA'ed a board and a tube of AS3. Which would be better?

AS3 is still better than stock thermal adhesive. There is actually not a huge difference between AS3 and AS5. When AS5 was intro'd, tests showed that the the thermal performance between the two was 0-5 deg. C IMO, unless you are looking to do extreme overclocking, you may as well stick with the AS3.

From my experience, the goop Intel uses is horrible.
