Once that's done the global GDP will probably be two or three times what it was before, both through more efficiency and regular growth. My social programs would be really simple, because I don't care about that so much. Regions would be free to do whatever, so long as it doesn't interfere with economic activity or citizen's rights. That said, rationality and mutual acceptance/cooperation would be the party lines.
