All muscles share similar proteins? They don't taste exactly the same. I mean, I pretty much answered your question in the first reply...did you expect there to be logic after that point?

I've wondered about that sig for a long time. Is PAB trying (again) to scam some company out of a product. Or is PAB interested in sexual acts with transvestites and wants in on that action for free? I just can never tell from that quote.

This was explained in the Matrix. It is because those animals were long extinct and the machines had no idea what they tasted like so they made them all taste like chicken.
