As soon as a drop of alcohol eases down my gullet, I sweat profusely. Why?

Alcohol is a diuretic. No sh1t. I know that already. But I mean it's FAST....like this:

1. Grasp drink in hand
2. Take a good slug
3. Wait one minute
4. Sweat pours like rain


What's the explanation for this?
