A long story made short. Ran SETI at 3.1 GHz but Q3 wouldn't run there (serious Q3 addict, lol), after a good bit of experimentation this is what I have:

2.53GHz P4 @ 2736MHz (144 fsb, 1.60v)
2x256MB Samsung Ramus PC4200 (1066MHz, AUTO, No Turbo)
Asus P4T533

Avg of 25 wu's: 2:34:19 (no noisy wu's, all clean)

Low: 1:58:57 AR 2.040

High: 2:49:30 AR 0.400

0.417AR avg 2:40

I'm sure I'll keep tweeking, but this is fine and dandy right now. 🙂
